Goons complained too much that these were FOTM back in the day when Ishtars were the primary doctrine used against them. They'll probably whine to have them buffed now that SMA Gorillas are sick of getting blopsed back into the Mist.

Can't recall the optimal of a rail ferox, but I would imagine that being able to hit targets out to 100km, and suddenly just MJD your fleet on top of them for instant tackle is a pretty significant advantage over a ship like the moa.
